Originality Guarantee

Where requested, originality verification may be provided.
Revisions
Clients are entitled to unlimited revisions for seven (7) calendar days following delivery.
Revisions are limited to the original instructions supplied during order placement.
Additional requirements submitted after delivery may require a new quotation.
Refund Policy
A refund of up to 90% may be approved where the delivered work is demonstrably unrelated to the original agreed requirements.
Refund requests must include sufficient evidence explaining the issue.
Refunds are not granted simply because:
- Grades were lower than expected
- The client changed requirements after delivery
- The material was no longer required
- University policies prevented submission
- The client failed to provide complete instructions
Each request is reviewed individually.
Delivery Guarantee
We strive to deliver every order on or before the agreed deadline.
If delivery is delayed solely due to our responsibility, compensation may be offered as follows:
- 1-day delay: 25% refund
- 3-day delay: 50% refund
- 7-day delay: 75% refund
This policy does not apply where delays result from incomplete instructions, client communication delays, force majeure, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Payments
Payments are accepted through secure payment providers including Stripe and Razorpay.
Work normally begins after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
Client information is treated confidentially and is never sold or disclosed to third parties except where required by law or necessary to process payments and provide requested services.
Limitation of Liability
University Assignment Help shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order where permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Until full payment is received, all delivered materials remain the intellectual property of University Assignment Help.
Following payment, clients receive a licence to use the material for lawful personal educational and reference purposes, subject to these Terms.
